• Wholesale Accounts are subject to approval. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to approve and activate your wholesale account. You will be contacted via email upon approval and account activation.
• All orders must be equal to or over $200.00 (MSRP) or the order cannot be processed online. For orders under $200.00, please call us at 800-777-3737 to place the order or fax us at 718-433-4373.
• Shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. only. World-wide shipping costs (including Alaska and Hawaii) are based on final shipping weight and destination.
• All orders placed over our website must be paid for with a major credit card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. If you wish to pay by check, please place your order by phone at 718-433-4337 or by fax at 718-433-4373.
• We try to respond within 3 business days. Freeda does close for holidays. There may be a delay in shipping due to holiday scheduling.
